This Epidendrum is free flowering, an easy to grow orchid plant, and produces long lasting delicate flowers on a long spike (inflorescence). After flowering, the spike may be left on the plant and it will generally flower again in a few months. The spike is also prone to producing a Keiki (baby plant) after flowering, as shown in this photo on the left-hand spike:
